Expert Report

The Expert Report provides a detailed overview of an individual’s assessment results, including Motive-Talent Splits, Normative-Ipsative Splits as well as Facet Splits. The detailed and technical nature of the report makes it perfect for registered psychologists and psychometrists to utilise for feedback, or as a foundation for decision making.

Personal Report

The Personal Report is available from the following assessments:

This report provides an overview of assessment results, and can be provided to candidates with the relevant feedback. This report can provide insight into the individual’s strengths and development areas.

Line Manager Report

The Line Manager Report is available from the following assessments:

This report is designed specifically to give Line Managers an overview of the candidate’s assessment results. The report highlights the candidate’s overall strengths and development areas, which can aid in selection decisions or can facilitate development.

Interview Guide

The Saville Consulting WaveTM Interview Guide gives recruiting managers access to the power of the WaveTM personality assessments by providing a structure for their interviews. It is designed specifically for selection and panel interviews.
