As a critical first step, it is important to identify the competencies that are required in order to perform the job successfully. The competencies identified with the Job Profilers can then be utilised as a foundation upon which to compare prospective employees to.
The Job Profiler can be completed by up to 25 individuals, including successful incumbents, managers and the HR team. This will provide a holistic view as to which competencies are required for the various roles. Each Job Profiler is online, and takes between 10-20 minutes to complete.
