The proof is in the data.

Three examples of how our approach applies to common hiring challenges in South Africa.

Grocery retail learnership and graduate intake

The challengeShortlist thousands of mobile applicants on expensive data, quickly and fairly, without skewing the list on race, gender or disability.

What we do
  • A situational judgement test, set on the shop floor and in the distribution centre, screens first.
  • Swift Aptitude Tests act as a short second screen.
  • Every applicant gets feedback, and an HPCSA-registered psychologist reviews the final list.

What you getA ranked shortlist, feedback reports for every applicant, and a fairness check of the shortlist by designated group.

What we measureWe track time to shortlist, cost per hire, completion rate on mobile, and whether the shortlist reflects the applicant pool by designated group.

  • Situational Judgement Test
  • Swift Aptitude Tests

Retail-bank personal bankers across nine provinces

The challengeHire personal bankers who sell and stay, to the same standard in every province.

What we do
  • Every branch uses the same situational judgement test and Match 6.5.
  • Results come as two simple scores: sales judgement and role fit.
  • Branch managers get a one-page report, not a long psychometric file.

What you getOne national hiring standard, manager-ready reports, and a province-by-province comparison of hire quality.

What we measureWe track products sold per banker in the first twelve months, 12-month retention, and consistency of hire quality across provinces.

  • Situational Judgement Test
  • Match 6.5

Private hospital graduate and intern programme

The challengeKeep strong graduates in the process long enough to make an offer before other employers do.

What we do
  • Swift Analysis Aptitude and Work Strengths are completed in one sitting on a phone.
  • Each stream (nursing, pharmacy, finance and operations) gets a Role Fit score.
  • Reminders need no new login or extra download.

What you getFaster offers, a shortlist for each stream, and a live view of completion at every stage.

What we measureWe track completion rates at each stage, time from application to offer, and offer-acceptance rate against competing hospitals.

  • Swift Analysis Aptitude
  • Work Strengths
